A familiar face and frequent guest of the program, Danny Abass of DeMatha Catholic High School joins Kurt & Chelsie once again, this time live from the Capitol Hoops Summer League.
With another summer of basketball nearing its conclusion, Danny talks about his summer performance, the progress he's made and the goals he's set for himself as DeMatha closes out its Summer League run. We also discuss how the summer months have helped prepare him and the Stags for what's ahead.
Then, the conversation turns toward one of the toughest conferences in high school basketball, the WCAC. Danny shares his thoughts on the upcoming season, DeMatha's expectations and what it will take for the Stags to compete against another loaded field of DMV programs.
For a player we've had the opportunity to follow and talk with throughout his journey, it's another chance to check in on Danny's development, confidence and mindset as he prepares for the next chapter.
